Arrivo all’aeroporto di Genova o Pisa

Gli ospiti vengono accolti in aeroporto e accompagnati al Grand Hotel Villa Balbi di Sestri Levante (4 stelle), con il nostro servizio di trasferimento privato. Check-in, tempo libero per una breve visita  della cosiddetta “Città dei due mari” e della Baia del Silenzio, che ha stregato anche il famoso scrittore fiabesco, Hans Christian Andersen. Alle 20.00 saranno accompagnati al ristorante “Don Luigi” per la cena di benvenuto.

2 ° giorno  Valle del biologico

Colazione in hotel.

h.09.30 gli ospiti vengono accompagnati con il nostro trasferimento privato a Varese Ligure, nella Valle Biologica, il distretto biologico della Provincia della Spezia

Arrivo a Varese Ligure con sosta in piazza Castello. Visita al famoso Borgo Rotondo ,terra della nobile famiglia dei Fieschi, con aperitivo e degustazione di prodotti biologici e gastronomici presso la Cooperativa Lattiero-casearia. Gli ospiti saranno accompagnati al laboratorio di cucina “Di Stefania”, con preparazione e degustazione di croxetti, una classica pasta locale.

Sulla via del ritorno, visita al birrificio artigianale di Torza, “I Paloffi” con degustazione di birra.

Sosta a Carrodano presso la “Cantina di Barbara”, con cena a base di prodotti gastronomici della Terra

3 ° giorno San Fruttuoso e Portofino

Colazione in hotel

Alle 09.00, partenza con il nostro trasferimento privato da Sestri Levante al battello e  guida al Golfo del Tigullio. Visita al borgo medievale di San Fruttuoso con l’Abbazia della nobile famiglia Doria e poi visita con sosta al Borgo di Portofino con un breve brunch

12.20 Partenza in barca per Sestri Levante. Visita alla Cantina Bisson, famosa nel mondo per l’invecchiamento di alcuni tipi di Spumante sul fondo del mare a -65 metri, dove verrà offerta una degustazione in collaborazione con l’azienda “Laciuga”, apprezzata per la conservazione delle acciughe sott’olio. Accompagnamento in hotel.

4 ° giorno Acquario di Genova , Porto Antico e centro storico

Colazione in hotel

Partenza alle 09.00 per Genova con il nostro transfer  privato.

Visita all’Acquario di Genova e al Porto Antico; in alternativa una visita guidata al Porto Vecchio, ai magazzini del Cotone e ai famosi “caruggi genovesi”, strade strette (il più grande centro storico d’Europa) con fermate nei negozi di artigiani locali. Degustazione del pranzo al ristorante “Les Rouges” all’interno del Palazzo Imperiale, dimora di una nobile famiglia genovese.

Pomeriggio breve tour a piedi (con guida) del centro città, con visita a Via S. Lorenzo, Porta Soprana (porta orientale della città medievale) e alla Casa di C. Colombo, Palazzi Rosso e Biancho, Piazza De Ferrari, Via Roma (la via dello shopping di lusso) e la via commerciale Via XX settembre.

15.00 escursione panoramica in barca da Portovenere alle tre isole e ritorno. Trasferimento a Lerici, perla del Golfo dei Poeti. Tempo libero.

1st day

Arrival at Genoa or Pisa airport

The guests are received at the airport and escorted at the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante (4 stars), with our private transfer service. Check-in, time at leasure for a brief free visit of the so called “two seas City” and the Bay of Silence, which also bewitched the famous fairytale writer, Hans Christian Andersen. At 20.00 they will be escorted to the restaurant “Don Luigi” for the Welcome dinner.

2nd day Biological Valley

Arrival in  Varese Ligure with a stop in the Castle square. Visit to the famous Borgo Rotondo (Round Village), land of the Fieschi noble family, with aperitif and tasting of organic and gastro-food products at the Dairy Cooperative. The guests will be escorted to the experience-cooking laboratory “By Stefania”, with preparation and tasting of croxetti, a classic local pasta.

On the way back, visit to the craft Brewery of Torza, “I Paloffi”  with beer tasting.

Stop in Carrodano at the “Cantina di Barbara”, Barbara’s Cellar, with dinner based on Terra (Land) gastro food-products

to the Gulf of Tigullio. Visit to the medieval village of San Fruttuoso with the Abbey of the noble Doria family and then visit with a stop at the village of Portofino with a short brunch

12.20  Departure by boat to Sestri Levante. Visit to the Bisson Winery, famous in the world for the aging of some types of Spumante on the seabed at -65 meters, where a tasting will be offered with cooperation of the  LACIUGA Company,  appreciated for the preservation of anchovies in oil. 4th day Genoa Aquarium and Port Ancient historical center

Departure at 09.00 to Genoa with our private transfer and guide.

Visit to the Aquarium of Genoa and the Porto Antico;  alternatively a guided tour of the Old Port, of the Cotton warehouses and the famous “Genoese caruggi”, narrow streets, (Europe’s largest historic center) with stops  at local artisans shops. Tasting lunch at the “Les Rouges” restaurant inside the Imperiale Palace, mansion of a noble genoise family.

Afternoon short walking tour (with guide) of the City Center, with a visit to Via S. Lorenzo, Porta Soprana (eastern gate of the medieval town) and the House of C. Columbus, Red and White Palaces, Piazza De Ferrari, Via Roma (the luxury shopping street) and the commercial XX September street.

5th Day Cinque terre and shopping Outlet
